ReThink | Equip | Transform
FWL is a discipleship and spiritual growth ministry program that
teaches Christians to re-think their work life from God’s perspective
and then provides the tools and training to effectively work “as to the
Lord” (Colossians 3:23). We help Christians address the issue of how to
integrate their faith and their work.
As a global resource that helps believers integrate their faith life
and their work life, FWL focuses on the practical application of
biblical teachings to workplace matters. Christians are encouraged to
practice their faith at work (not just talk about their faith—but apply
their faith values), thereby positively impacting workplaces,
transforming work lives and influencing the culture for Christ.
FWL serves the following audiences:
in the workplace (all levels of
employees—owners/CEOs to hourly workers)
workplace ministries
churches, and
colleges/universities
The goal of FWL’s training programs is for Christians to become
intentional and deliberate about applying a biblical worldview in their
workplaces that honors God. As an equipping ministry, FWL provides
faith and work related events, conferences, seminars, workshops,
lectures, research, training products and curriculum.
Programs are designed to foster a biblical worldview in the workplace.
Our desired outcome is to positively impact workplaces and work lives
starting in Orange County, CA and southern California. Our programs are
beneficial to Christians who work, as well as to their employers, their
companies, their co-workers, customers, clients, vendors, supplier,
their families, and their churches. These programs are designed to be
replicated in cities across America and around the world.
As a not-for-profit organization, we rely upon support, prayers and
gifts from those who share this desire to help Christians learn how to
practice their faith at work and live out the Christian values they
believe. If you would like to contribute, please click here.
