Programs
FWL educates, trains, and equips Christians to integrate their faith
into the work life. FWL offers various activities including training,
lectures, seminars, workshops, events, conferences, research, and
leadership development. The programs emphasize the interrelatedness of
all Christian teachings, with its central position being the doctrine
of justification by grace alone through faith in Jesus Christ. FWL’s
serves various churches, workplace ministries and focus on a common
goal of representing Christ in the workplace.
“Do not conform any longer to the
pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.
Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is-His good,
pleasing and perfect will.” Romans 12:2
FWL has an intentional focus on equipping men and women in all spheres
of work to understand and experience their work life as a holy or
divine calling or vocation from God. Programs serve three major
audiences:
1. Christian workers –
programming for 3 levels of workers:
a. entry level, associates, support staff, hourly
b. middle management, vice presidents, senior managers, directors
c. CEOs, owners, presidents (1-5% of the workforce)
2. Churches - pastors, staff, elders, lay leaders, and members
3. Colleges/universities - Christian and secular universities with
programs for both students and professors
To serve these three audiences, FWL offers a wide variety of programs
and activities to accomplish its mission. These activities are designed
for duplication in any city or country around the globe. They are
planned for global satellite and web simulcast or downloading 24/7. FWL
is a regional, national and global resource.
FWL is honored to offer training and resources to help Christians live
a fully-integrated life. These activities help followers of Christ
bridge the gap from the message at church on Sunday morning to the
workplace on Monday. Our programs are of immeasurable value not only to
workplace Christians, but also to churches, companies/employers,
students, and to the society at large. FWL focuses on the application
of scripture to daily work issues. Many people are hungry for sound,
biblical guidance on how to apply their faith to their work. FWL
assists by providing a variety of resources, supplementing existing
workplace ministries and church teachings. The direct results of this
ministry will be the transformed lives of hundreds of thousands of
Christians and the lives that they, in turn, influence as they
represent and honor God in their workplaces.
